• Use of hoists and lifting equipment

Methodology:
Classroom based with written question paper and assessment on practical of safe patient handling, theory can also be done via virtual classroom before the practical.

Assessment
The learner will be assessed in the second half of the day with their practical skills and question sheet on patient handling

Certification
Participants will receive a Manual and patient handling certificate valid for up to 3 years depending in company policy
